You’ve gotta be shittin’ me!!

Even I draw the line, and I may (or may not, lol) have glaucoma, but I still see plenty good … are you fucking nuts?! Forty two dollars for this tiny jar?? Says it’s been slow-simmered for over 20 hours … ahhhh, well that explains EVERYTHING, lol!!

Healthy Meals!!

Well, I think it is, and I do try (gotta watch my waistline, lol)!! This was my “what’s for dinner?” last night after an atypical strenuously filled physical day for yours truly, lol!!

Onion buns from Longos, spicy chicken breast from M&M Meat Shop (200 cal), melted provolone, organic baby romaine, organic hot house tomatoes and sweet onions, and just a squirt of Hellmann’s 1/2 the fat mayonnaise … I’m guessing 500 cals per sammy, maybe 550!! Double that, add an extra 100 calories to be on the safe side, and it’s still only 1200 total … that’s the beauty of it, you feel as if you’ve splurged and over indulged, when in fact you didn’t. Plus being hearty, curbs late night snacking urges … and like I said, it’s very healthy … and GOOD!!
