His battles with Bruce Hart (Bret & Owen’s older brother) were legendary, well at least legendary in that it created the legend of The Dynamite Kid. Truth be told, Bruce wasn’t up to Dynamite’s caliber, he couldn’t carry his fucking jockstrap, hell if he wasn’t Stu’s kid, he’d never have set one foot into the ring … he couldn’t fucking wrestle his way out of a wet paper bag. But, I must admit, it was this great match-up that first introduced us to the Kid, and for that I’m very thankful and appreciative. He was a manager (of The Dynamite Kid), a heel, a villain, and he kindly would indulge us two young dumb fucks by regaling us with many, many wresting stories. God, they were good times!!
