Love my new Curtis Stone 8 inch frypan!! Usually, I prefer using at least a 10, or even 12 inch for most of my jobs in the kitchen. This one is great because it’s very deep, has a thick base, and as a bonus is oven safe to 500º!!

BTW, this web pic used for selling the item doesn’t do it any favours … it’s much more attractive!! Feels good ergonomically too!!

Absolutely fucking love it!! Brewed locally … kinda. In the Ottawa area, smack dab between the nation’s capital and Montreal. Organic, socially conscience ownership, environmentally conscience business mantra, what else can you ask for? So proud to say … I’m a long standing member of Beau’s Army!!

Also love the packaging date on the bottle concept!! The last batch was bottled only 2 days before I purchased, and  “glugged my lug”!!

I did it … from September to August!! One year (almost) here on WordPress. Not sure what the future holds, or what to expect, but for now I’ll take a deep breath and sit back and bask in my tiny glorious achievement!!
