That’s it, my name, my version of the old school favourite!! Every now and then, I get a craving, a fucking hankering for the beauty of what is a Sloppy Joe!! There are so many variants in the marketplace, claiming to be the best. But use this, and only this, the original to make it authentic tasting … Hunt’s Manwich!! My version also includes sautéed cremini mushrooms, crispy pan fried thinly sliced onions coated with flour and seasonings, and topped off with Jalapéno Monterey Jack, and put under the sally for a minute or two, to get it all gooey-oozy!! Oh, and I serve it with hand-cut, skin-on, specially spiced and seasoned potato wedges!! That’s it … my sloppy joehosaphat!!
