Aged 21 days … we must be in carnivore heaven!! My local butcher opened a whole cryovaced loin, cut it to my size specs … two-inch-two-pounders, and let me choose the best of the three he cut!! Aren’t I special, lol? That’s some serious danistrulytheman love!! Not gonna be too descripitve today, let the pics do the talking … oh, sorry no butcher wrap raw steaks either … was working in the kitchen, completely slipped my mind. I served it with French Blue Cheese, and grilled ciabatta garlic bread (no pics of that either … my bad)!!
