Post Labour Day Dinner!!

Ain’t gonna share many words with this one, will let the pics do the talking!! That’s my good man Morretti’s homemade Mason jarred tomato sauce. Added Cirio fillets for contrasting funky-chunky texture pizzazz!! Pasta is from Williams-Sonoma, a 500g (1lb.) dried pasta package of, yeah shit’s CRAZY expensive … to put it into perspective you can buy the same amount on sale here (obviously not the same quality), for 69¢ … who’s the big dummy now, lol!! Cast iron plate crusted meatballs done on my Weber, almost giving a deep fried effect. Note the purposely darkened meatballs lose-their-hue when soaked&slowly-simmered in sauce. Umm what else, Ace Bakery rosemary focaccia, Pecorino Romano … and the prerequisite glasses of Remole!! Goodbye summer, hello fall … a great reason & reintroduction for a stick-to-yer-ribs meal with my Tiffany K. … call it danistrulytheman’s-exorbitantly-expensive-spaghetti AND meatballs (my OWN recipe btw), lol!! Geez, MORE words, plus SO many pics (10), if this post don’t illicit a response? … pshaw, I give up!!
