Added Cirio fillets for contrasting funky-chunky texture pizzazz!! Pasta is from Williams-Sonoma, a 500g (1lb.) dried pasta package of, yeah shit’s CRAZY expensive … to put it into perspective you can buy the same amount on sale here (obviously not the same quality), for 69¢ … who’s the big dummy now, lol!! Cast iron plate crusted meatballs done on my Weber, almost giving a deep fried effect. Note the purposely darkened meatballs lose-their-hue when soaked&slowly-simmered in sauce. Umm what else, Ace Bakery rosemary focaccia, Pecorino Romano … and the prerequisite glasses of Remole!! Goodbye summer, hello fall … a great reason & reintroduction for a stick-to-yer-ribs meal with my Tiffany K. … call it danistrulytheman’s-exorbitantly-expensive-spaghetti AND meatballs (my OWN recipe btw), lol!!
