Get yer minds outta the gutter, lol!! perhaps I shouldda said “My Mile High Club” … or ‘Burger’, lol!! I mean that’s a sky-scraping tall burger … believe me, was hard wrapping my mouth ’round it … and hate to admit it, but I polished off the deuce (piggy-piggy, lol). Had leftover tzatziki, and Dodonis Feta so I did it greek-ish style …’cept I included grilled portobello mushroom caps!! You can see the juiciness oozing from the patties …

… and while I’m at it, am including my leftover spaghetti & meatball lasagna/casserole creation that I baked (and its serving presentation), no sense making a separate blog entry. Sliced the meatballs, added sautéed mushrooms, topped with provolone, and butter fried sage from my garden … beautiful touch, wouldn’t you say?
