Was a time when I’d say shit loud ‘n proud … back in the day when nobody cared or noticed. And by back in the day, am referring to the late 70’s to the mid 80’s … spewing “that’s retarded” or “that’s gay” was commonplace … flowing freely from my mouth like the River Jordan, AND I never thought twice ’bout saying it … NOW, in this-twisted-2013-weird-world-am-warily-politically-correct-of-these-words, these phrases out in public. First, I survey with my eyes making sure no one’s within earshot before speaking, like I’m breaking the law if caught. Is only a figure of speech folks so simmer down! No harm intended, not meant as an attack … personally, or towards ANY group … NEVER thought one day I’d be sitting dissecting the fuck outta it either?! Much ado about nothing!
